ZOFIA ASA

A graduate of the European Academy of Arts in Warsaw (diploma in 2011). She studied painting in the studio of Antoni Fałat. Major exhibitions: City of Stars or the Interdisciplinary Arts Festival in Żyrardów (2014), 1st Milan Biennale of Painting on Jedwabiu, Milanówek (2014), 100% Silk, Painting on silk, Anna and Jarosław Iwaszkiewicz in Stawisko (2017).
Currently, he deals with easel painting, drawing, collage and digital graphics.

"Good art should give the recipient a metaphysical experience, detachment from reality, or at least a respite. I try to make my works have good energy, so I never paint when I have a bad day and I don't treat painting as self-therapy. I reach for different techniques, themes and styles because I am a seeker and I like to explore".
