Lena Sterk (born 1982 in Warsaw) – a clinical and animal psychologist by profession, a painter and photographer by passion. In her paintings, she captures her view of the world, people and animals, emphasizing what is most intriguing and true, but not always obvious. Her photographs capture unspoken and unspecified longings for what has passed and what has not yet happened, memories of feelings and events from another life.

I am inspired by nature, the human and animal psyche, everything invisible to the eye. I have been painting for 15 years, mainly in oil, I also do sculpture, pinhole photography and installations.
