The project Art Everywhere has been funded by donations from galleries, curators and private individuals. Works of art were selected by people voting on Facebook. The project aroused great public interest.
The Guardian supported the urban game consisting in finding posters and twitter was full of exictement from people that had seen them. Everyone can download an app that gives all the details about scanned artwork found in the urban scenery.
