Andrzej Szatyński (’86), designer, painter, stage designer and interior architect, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk.
Szatyński is constantly experimenting with form, and each new exhibition is the result of research, combining techniques and analysis of his issues of interest. This time, traversing urban space, the artist captures the phenomenon of the seemingly trivial and temporary in the industrial landscape. He leans over a kind of stop-frame, creating a vibrating tissue of memory, repetition, typically human automatism, full of randomness and fun associated with the process of “trying.”
